I had an exceptional stay at Taj City Centre New Town, where my stringent criteria were not just met but exceeded. From the moment I checked in seamlessly to the warm welcome drinks and the attentive service from the staff, including Shubankar at the F&B, every detail was impeccable. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a high note, including traditional Indian dishes like Chai, Dosa, and Paratha. The attention to detail extended to the impeccable service provided by Kashif K during breakfast and Debanik at the front desk, who offered valuable insights for exploring the downtown area. The location was ideal for my family, conveniently situated between Barasat and the city center, with a mall nearby for any necessities. The Jiva Spa was a highlight, offering one of the best facial and massage experiences I've ever had, while the rooftop gym with panoramic city views was inviting and well-equipped. The staff's professionalism and dedication truly made my stay exceptional, setting a new standard for hospitality.
